By booking a taxi, outstation cab, or airport transfer through our website, WhatsApp, or phone dispatch desk, you legally agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Scope of Services
We operate as a premium car rental and taxi dispatch agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Our services include, but are not limited to, local Pink City sightseeing tours, point-to-point drop-offs, airport transfers, and long-distance outstation travel to cities like Delhi, Agra, Jodhpur, and Udaipur. We act strictly as a transport service provider, supplying commercial vehicles driven by licensed chauffeurs.
2. Standard Booking and Operational Rules
To ensure a smooth journey for all passengers, we strictly enforce the following operational guidelines:
- Minimum Billing Distance: All outstation (inter-city) taxi bookings are subject to an industry-standard minimum billing distance of 250 kilometers per calendar day. If a vehicle travels less than this minimum distance in a day, the customer is still liable to pay the fare equivalent to 250 kilometers.
- Air Conditioning Usage: The vehicle’s Air Conditioning (AC) system will remain fully functional during standard travel on plain terrain. However, in strict adherence to mechanical safety protocols, the driver is mandated to switch off the AC while driving on steep hilly regions, mountainous ghats, or in heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic where engine overheating is a risk.
- Travel Timings: While our dispatch desk is operational 24/7, for outstation trips, we strongly advise customers to commence their journeys during daylight hours. A mandatory Driver Night Allowance will be charged per night if the vehicle is required to be driven between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
3. Exclusions from the Base Fare
Our website displays competitive "Per Kilometer" and "Per Day" base fares. Unless explicitly stated in a written custom tour package confirmation, the following charges are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer:
- State Border Crossing Taxes and Tourist Permits.
- National Highway and State Highway Toll Plaza Fees.
- Commercial Parking charges at airports, monuments, hotels, or railway stations.
- Any monument entry tickets, tour guide fees, or personal travel insurance.
4. Customer Obligations and Liability
By boarding a vehicle supplied by Deva Cab Service, the customer agrees to the following responsibilities:
- Damage to Vehicle: The customer is liable for any physical or interior damage caused to the vehicle by them or their co-passengers. This includes, but is not limited to, spilling food/beverages, tearing leather upholstery, or vomiting inside the vehicle. A deep-cleaning or repair penalty will be immediately added to the final bill.
- Illegal Activities: Carrying contraband, illegal drugs, unauthorized weapons, or engaging in illegal activities during the trip is strictly forbidden. The driver has full authority to immediately terminate the trip and report the matter to local law enforcement without issuing a refund.
- Delays: Customers are requested to board the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time. Excessive waiting times beyond 45 minutes may attract waiting charges or lead to the cancellation of the trip.
5. Breakdowns and Force Majeure
While our fleet undergoes rigorous maintenance, vehicular breakdowns are an unavoidable reality of road travel. In the event of a mechanical failure en route, we will make our absolute best effort to arrange a backup vehicle of a similar category as swiftly as possible.
However, Deva Cab Service shall not be held financially or legally liable for any delays, missed flights, missed trains, or unfulfilled business commitments resulting from traffic jams, road diversions, bad weather, civil unrest, or sudden mechanical breakdowns. Such events fall under "Force Majeure" (Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control).
6. Website Usage and Intellectual Property
All digital content on https://devacabservice.com, including text, logos, UI designs, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Deva Cab Service and its developer, AJ Tech Enterprise. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the website strictly for personal booking purposes. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or commercial exploitation of our website assets is strictly prohibited and violates Indian copyright laws.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your booking or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
